On all our
sites, especially the larger ones, we work
with local police departments. Repeated
police visits, which means more than one, are
cause for eviction. We do not permit repeated
police visits. We have a screening process
where we run credit checks, previous criminal
history, and any criminals that show up, as
long as they're misdemeanor, are automatic
reason for rejection of an applicant.

So we do not grant the people with
those histories; misdemeanors are basically
traffic violations, but if you have any of
these criminals, petty theft, anything
significant, we do not accept those.

Again, going back to what we do with

ADAMS COURT REPORTING (612) 421-2486
