We sign initial six month <br />leases, and then we revert to month-to-month <br />leases at that point. So the eviction proces~ <br />takes anywhere from one to two months to get <br />somebody removed, if we have that sort of an <br />issue. <br /> <br /> Back to drug screening. We do not ~ <br />draw someone's urine or blood when they apply <br />through our housing, or on a regular basis. <br />But they are required to sign a chemical <br />policy against the lease that where they agree <br />not to engage in any illegal behavior with <br />respect to illegal drugs or abuse of alcohol. <br />We do not need a conviction to evict somebody <br />based on that. An arrest or a police incident <br />is enough for us to evict someone who engages <br />in that type of behavior. <br /> <br /> It's been our experience that <br />property values don't decline as a result of <br />the housing we put in. We had a group of <br />residents last week who I think they toured <br />half a dozen of our projects.
