Regularly, agencies are asked <br />to mediate the long planning process for a <br />specific area. Now, they have to weigh the <br />fact that they've gone away from the plan in <br />that area against other political issues. I'm <br />not saying that that's an overwhelming concern <br />in this area. But that, in the back of my <br />mind, if we don't complete the plan here, we <br />run into another group where maybe it's a <br />little more dense, a little more -- maybe <br />they'll bring objection, and pretty soon we <br />don't raise objections and then people are <br />finding their way through the residential <br />areas on the existing streets. <br /> <br /> So the question is, when this road <br />goes through, the two major issues that I see, <br />where will the traffic go that isn't served by <br />that intersection.
