We did get a chance
to go --. me and my wife went out on our own
and asked properties of AACAP, and 100 percent
were against AACAP going into this thing, and
my wife is 100 percent because we came from it
from Brooklyn Center six years ago. We talked
to people. There were no complaints about the
two facilities that we talked to. The people
who are complaining were complaining about the
apartment complexes right next to them and the
number of cop car -- cop things going in
there.

Now, what we got here is we got two
properties. We've got 5 acres, we have 11
acres. If the city is already looking at
doing something -- if this road goes through,
that's the only way they're going to have to
put stuff back there. Crevett's is going to
be selling their land, that's 16 plus acres of
land. What do you think is going to go in
there? Now, if we take this low income
housing -- we don't want it, but if it's
there, it's a lot better option than Mr.
Jacowski gave me when he started talking about

ADAMS COURT REPORTING (612) 421-2486
