I'm talking high <br />buck apartments, beautiful; they will <br />guarantee to lower our house value, our home <br />value, property value by about 15 percent. <br />Guaranteed before anything else happens. <br />That's what we need to avoid. <br /> <br /> According to Mr. Jacowski, that's a <br />very good possibility.
