WHEREAS, there is no park dedication, stormwater management or trail development <br />fees due on the existing homestead and no additional building permits and/or subdivision will be <br />permitted on the remaining 23 acre parcel without payment of all applicable fees. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follqlvs: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby waives compliance with Section 9.50.09 and <br />approves the conveyance of land legally described below by metes and bounds <br />description: <br /> <br />INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION HERE (the "Homestead") <br /> <br />That any future development and/or subdivision of the Subject Property will require <br />dedication and construction of a public road to City standards and payment of all <br />applicable development fees including but not limited to park dedication, stormwater <br />management, trail development, etc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the __th day of ,1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05- <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
