Coun¢i lmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~99-05-__ RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZIN~ ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR FIRE STATION PURPO~RS. WH~REA~, the city has identified a need for a second fire station site in order to serve the fire fighting needs of the city: and W~%B, the City finds it necessary to acquire fee title to the real property described below in order to use said property for purpose of a fire station site; and WHEREAS, the city has authority to acquire the real property for the public purpose of a fire station site by eminent domain pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 117; and WHEREA~, the City has the right to acquire the real property prior to the filing of an award by the Court appointed commis- sioners, pursuant to Minn. Stats. §117.011 and §117.042; and WH~RR;~, the real property which needs to be acquired is legally describea as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 32, Township 3§, Range 25, described as follows: The parcel which is impacted by the taking identified above has the following Anoka County PIN: Part of PIN: 20-32-25-44-0001 WH~RP,%S, the fee owners of the real property which needs to be acquired are identified as: ELDA SCHENK NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF RAMBEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acguire the real property as described above in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
