The area to be negotiated on was between three and ten acres. <br /> <br />Staff contacted the owner of the property and was told the property was not for sale. Staff <br />followed the conversation with a registered letter that confirmed the conversation and the <br />contention that the property was not for sale. Since that time staff has received a letter <br />from the property owners attorney stating "...the Property is not for sale and will not be <br />made available on a voluntary basis." <br /> <br />Council Action: ~)q~q <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #99-05-XXX to authorize acquisition of the above-mentioned <br />property for the purposes of constructing a 2"d fire station. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Fire Chief <br /> <br />CC: 05/25/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
