WITNESSETH: ~, th~ parties to ~ Agreement desire to jointly cause a Corridor Study fox a portion of County Stat~ Aid Highway 116 and County Rnad 116 in tho Cities ogRamscy and Anoka; and, WHEREAS, thc parties a~re~ thax it is in their b~t interest that tho co~ of said project be shared; and, WHEREAS, said work will be carried out in accordance with tl~ provisions o£Minn. Stat. § 471.59. NOW, THEKEFORE, it is mtrmotly stipulated and agreed: I. PI. IR.POSE: Tlm County, Rarnscy and Anoka have joiae, d together for thc purpose of causing a Corridor Study for that part of County Stat~ A/d Highway 116 and County Road 116 ia tho Cities of Ramscy and Anoka. See Exhibit A RFP. METHOD: Tho County shall coord~tc tim co~eultant agreement/'or sa~d Corridor S~udy. Ramsey and Anoka shall each have a representative on the consultant selection team and shall submit a written concurrence upon s~lcction cfa consultant, III. COSTS: A. Tho contxaci cost of the work, or ff tlm work is not conlx~-te, d the mst of all labor, materials, normal engineering costs, and equipment rental requir~ to complete tho work, shall constitute tho ~ costs a~_ shall be so referred to herein. "Estimated costs" are good faith projections of the costs, which will be incurred for this project. Th~ estiraated costs arc as shown in Exhibit B. B. Ramsey skal] pay 5 5- ~o ortho actual costs. C. Anoka shall pay I ~'"~* oftlm actual costs. ' D. Upon award cfa consultam agreement, Ramsey and Anoka shall pay to the County, upon written demamt by thc County, es~d-mated cost of the study based on thc actual consultant contract awarded.
