Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Susan E. Anderson Also Present: City Administrator James E. Norman Administrative Services Manager Joyce Pmitt Hottinger Director of Public Works Dean Kapler CALL TO ORDER Councilmember Anderson called the~regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:02 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT None APPROVE AGENDA Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. COMMITTEE BUSINESS: Case #1: Authorization to Award Contract for Organizational Human Resources Analysis Labor Relations Associates, In~ Administrative Services Manager Pruitt Hottinger pointed out that, in February, Council had authorized a request for proposals from personnel consultants for a human resources analysis of the Ramsey organization. At that time, it was estimated that the analysis would cost approximately $5,000 to $7,000, and funding would be derived from the Professional Services portion of the Administration Department. Ms. Pmitt Hottinger reported that four written proposals were received and reviewed. Staff is recommending awarding the study to Labor Relations Associates, Inc. The Labor Relations Associates, Inc. proposal included a not-to-exceed figure of $8,695, and they have worked with the City before.
