Motion by Mayor Garnec and seconded by Councitmember Anderson to recommend <br />Council award the contract to Labor Relations Associates, Inc. for an organizational <br />human resources analysis, for a not-to-exceed figure of $8,695. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Anderson. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: End Probationary Period of Public Works Supervisor Grant Riemer <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Pruitt Hottinger reported that the six-month <br />probationary period for Grant POemer, Public Works Supervisor, has ended. Mr. <br />Riemer's supervisor, Director of Public Works Kapler, conducted a performance <br />appraisal and rated his performance satisfactory. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Council_member Anderson to recommend <br />Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for employee Grant R/emer <br />and granting him the status of regular, full-time Public Works Supervisor, effective April <br />14, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Anderson. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />Case #3: End Probationary Period of Accounting Clerk Deborah (Deb) Hanson <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Pruitt Hottinger stated that Deb Hanson, Accounting <br />Clerk, has just completed her six-month probationary period. A written performance <br />appraisal has been prepared, indicating satisfactory performance for Ms. Hanson. <br />Finance Officer Lund, Senior Accountant Mayer and Administrative Services Manager <br />Pruitt Hottinger will be meeting with Ms. Hanson to review the appraisal and also to <br />develop goals. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to recommend <br />Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for Accounting Clerk <br />Deborah Hanson and granting her the status of regular, full-time employee, effective <br />March 28, t999. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Anderson.
