the same day or night: Use permits may not be assigned, transferred or sub-let to anyone <br />.other than the.person/organization making the application. <br /> <br />Electrical use is limited to the number of receptacles in the room, no extension cords are <br />allowed. <br /> <br />Gambling of any nature is prohibited. <br /> <br />No materials will be allowed to be taped on the walls or windows. At no time should any <br />signs, posters, pictures, clocks, etc. be removed from facility walls. Paper/metallic <br />confetti or rico many not be used in the building or on the grounds. <br /> <br />The individual whose name appears on the permit will be considered responsible for the <br />organization's conduct and any and all damages while using the facilities. Disorderly <br />conduct of participants is prohibited. The individual listed on the permit is also <br />responsible for informing his/her group of any special regulations. All users must comply <br />with all City ordinances, Minnesota State Statutes, and Federal laws. <br /> <br />Governmental functions normally are scheduled at a minimum of three days in advance. <br />However, this requirement may be waived if the need is great or an emergency exists. <br />Governmental functions may supercede any other use with or without reservations if (1) <br />three days notice is given; and (2) there is no other practical alternative. An attempt <br />should be made to find other alternatives and give three days notice whenever possible. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR USE <br /> <br />A permit will be denied if the City facility has been previously reserved or if the <br />requested use is fgr an activity contrary, to City ordinance. The City reserves the right to <br />deny or cancel a permit if the regulations are violated. <br /> <br />A permit may be canceled by the City up to the time of use when a state of emergency is <br />declared, or unsafe environmental conditions are present, or utility services are <br />interrupted. In these circumstances, the City assumes NO responsibility for any <br />disruption the cancellation may cause. The Ci.ty will attempt to notify, the applicant <br />immediately if cancellation is necessary.. <br /> <br />FEES AND DEPOSITS <br /> <br />The permit is valid only for the date and time specified and must be in the possession of a <br />responsible party at each event. <br /> <br /> <br />
