In his 16 years in market research, <br />Jay has held a variety of staff and executive <br />positions at leading market research firms <br />in the Twin Cities and Philadelphia, and <br />has worked on hundreds of research and <br />consulting assignments throughout the <br />United States. <br />A specialist in mapping and GIS, Hongyi <br />will make sure the team's data is properly <br />recorded in Ramsey's GIS system. Hongyi <br />has worked on a wide variety of projects <br />in her role as GIS Coordinator including <br />comprehensive plans, zoning studies, and <br />urban design.
