Cost <br />Fee for Application Reviews <br />Weber Community Planning requests an hourly rate of $80.00 for the <br />services of Mr. Weber. Alternative arrangements are possible, such as <br />differing rates for ordinance revisions versus application reviews that may <br />be charged back to the applicant. <br />There would be no charge for miscellaneous photocopying, driving mileage <br />or meals in conjunction with evening meetings. Time spent driving between <br />the office in St. Louis Park and Ramsey would be charged. The minimum <br />increment of time charged would be 0.25 hour. <br />Weber Community Planning would provide a monthly invoice that lists the <br />date of each service, the service provided that day, the time spent for each <br />service, the hourly charge rate, the dollar amount and any direct costs.
