Thus, the eastern wing would only be as tall as the first floor of the main <br />part of the building plus a pitched roof <br />In addition to apaitment units, Gable Pines would include these features and amenities: <br />• Theater • Crafts room <br />• Fitness center • Dining room with private dining <br />• Beauty parlor ■ Private club room <br />• General store • Cafe with extended hours and food services <br />• Screened parch and patio ■ Front lobby (common living room and <br />• Chapel receiving area for visitors) <br />• Library ■ Reception area and administrative offices. <br />• Community room <br />Gable Pines, LLC, seeks endorsement from the City Council for its application for Minnesota <br />senior housing revenue bonds. It also requests direct support in the form of a tax increment <br />financing package. <br />To maintain affordability for these residents that require a nursing home level of medical <br />care, a minimum of 20 percent of the units would be allocated to qualified medical assistance <br />households. <br />The building and its services would be managed by Ebenezer <br />(http://www.fairviewebenezer.org/), an arm of the Fairview Health Services. <br />Public notice of the Planning Commission and City Council public hearings were posted, <br />published, and mailed to nearby addresses beyond code requirements. <br />3824 Huntington Avenue St. Louis Park, Minnesota 55416 <br />952.451.4818 bill@weberplanning.com <br />
