Based on the schedule outlined in the City's RFP, we <br />anticipate a start date of June 2011 and will have the final Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision <br />Regulations and Zoning Map updates ready for City Council approval in December 2011. <br />The following table outlines the proposed process for meeting this schedule.
