CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - OSTERKAMP ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITY"), and JAMES D. OSTERKAMP <br />AND JANICE G. OSTERKAMP, husband and wife, whose address is P.O. Box 48332, Coon <br />Rapids, Minnesota 55448 ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael A. Villeneuve and Cheryl L. Villeneuve, husband and wife, and <br />the DEVELOPER are the fee owners of the following described property situated in the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the enter line of State Tnmk Highway No. 47 as it is now traveled. <br />said point being 93 feet Southeasterly. As measured along said center line from the <br />Northeasterly extension of the Southeasterly line of Block 3 in Gorham's Addition: thence <br />South 64 degrees 18 minutes West on a liiae parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Block 3 a <br />distance of 376.78 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 103.25 <br />feet a distance of 113.96 feet: thence South 1 degree 03 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of <br />345.42 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 115.75 feet a <br />distance of 121.49 feet: thence South 61 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of <br />520.03 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 434.27 feet and a <br />central angle of 10 degrees 15 minutes and 11 seconds a distance of 77.71 feet to the point of <br />beginning of land t6 be described: thence continue Southwesterly on said 434.27 foot radius <br />curve to the right with a central angle of 19 degrees 26 minutes 29 seconds a distance of 147.36 <br />feet: thence North 89 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West on a line parallel with the South line <br />of the said Southwest Quarter to a point 400 feet East of the West line of said Southwest Quarter. <br />as measured parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter. said point also being 217.8 <br />feet North of the South line of said Southwest Quarter as measured parallel with West line of <br />said Southwest Quarter: thence Northerly and parallel with said West line a distance of 217.8 <br />feet: thence Easterly and parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 200 <br />feet: thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter and to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, OSTERKAMP ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 22, 1999, pursuant to Resolution #99-06- , the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as OSTERKAMP ADDITION (the <br />"Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into <br />this agreement; and <br /> <br /> <br />
