attending our parks and special events. Although PSA presence will help reduce vandalism's and related problems, <br />their main focus is interaction with park-goers. They would have a squad car and radios, should they need to <br />summon officers or medical help. <br /> <br />A total of 24 hfs was dedicated by Public Safety Aides towards special details this month. <br /> <br />RIDE-ALONGS: <br /> <br />4 members participated in a total of 36 hours of ride-along with licensed officers. This is primarily a learning <br />experience for them and is meant to increase their skills and knowledge of what the police department does.
