Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt Resolution #99-05-100 approving 2"a partial payment to Kuechle Underground, Inc. for Improvement Project #98-21 (Section 28 Sewer and Water Extension). Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT 1) Meeting - Sunwood Drive Mr. Norman stated that it is possible to get Ramsey Elementary School for the Sunwood Drive neighborhood meeting, however, it is not available on the l0th of June. It was suggested that it be held on Monday, June 7, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Gamec noted that he has a conflict with that date and asked if it could be postponed for a couple of weeks. Discussion ensued relating to a date and also the fact that maybe Connexus Energy's facility could be used to hold the meeting if an earlier date was desired. Staff will contact the spokespersons for the Sunwood neighborhood to allow them to make the decision of when and where to hold the meeting. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman and Anderson. Voting No: None.
