ORDINANCE #99- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF <br />ILAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section I2.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.85 i. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That part of McKinley Street N.W. as platted in Business Park 95 Second Addition, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the southerly line of Outlot D, said <br /> Business Park 95 Second Addition, and its extension westerly and easterly of the westerly <br /> line of said Outlot D. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
