ORDINANCE #99- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RA_MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota S tat-utes 412.851. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br /> The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All drainage and utility easements over, under and across Lot 1, Block 2, A.E.C. Energy <br /> Park, Anoka County, Minnesota, reserving however the southerly 10.00 feet of said Lot <br /> 1. <br /> <br />_ SECTION 3.
