SMOKING All municipal facilities are public buildings and are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any of these facilities. STORAGE The Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups of the general public. Items, equipment and supplies must be removed if in the opinion of the City administrator the items, equipment, supplies occupy areas to be used by other groups, presents a hazard, or is unsightly. FOOD USE Food. except coffee and beverages, is not allowed without special permission from the (contact person) or their designee. Food and beverages are not allowed on the dais in the ,Council Chambers, ALCOHOL USE Alcoholic beverages shall not be bi'ought on the premises or consumed at the facilities. For the purpose of this policy, alcohol beverage means intoxicating and non-intoxicating, and wine as defined by State law. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE The group, individuals, or organization using the municipal building(s) shall agree to compensate the City of Ramsey for all damages to facilities, equipment or other property owned by the City, to compensate an employee for damage to personal property by any person(s) attending the event, and further assumes ail liability for any personal injuries, including death caused by participants in the scheduled event.
