A city-wide <br />celebration will take place on September 17 - 18, 1999. We would like to extend a <br />special invitation to you, as a former city council member, mayor, or town board member, <br />for the weekend's events. <br /> <br />We would like to involve you as a spectator in many events and as a participant in the <br />parade and a special ceremony following the parade. The parade will take place at 4 p.m. <br />on 153rd Avenue. Line-up is at 2 p.m. at Alpine Park. A special ceremony following the <br />parade will honor your years of service to the city. <br /> <br />Please contact us as soon as possible if you plan to participate in the city celebration by <br />calling city hall at 612-427-1410.
