I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> By: Jim Norman, City Administrator and <br />Cindy Sherman, Community Development Director <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council held a worksession to discuss the comprehensive Plan on August 23, 1999. <br />Staff received direction to make changes for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Changes to the text of the Comprehensive Plan have been completed and are indicated on the <br />attached pages as strike-through for deletions and underline for new language. Mapping changes <br />have not been made at this point. Staff wanted to be sure the Council approved of the description <br />before we change the map.
