Councilmember <br />following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING TIlE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SECRETARY TARA OLSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tara Olson began employment at the City of Ramsey on March 15, 1999, <br />as a Finance Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Olson's supervisor has provided a satisfactory employee performance <br />appraisal for Tara Olson, and recommended retaining Ms. Olson at the City of Ramsey as a <br />regular full-time Community Development Secretary, effective September 15, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 14, 1999 meeting agreed with <br />the recommendation to retain Tara Olson as a regular, full-time Community Development <br />Secretary, effective September 15, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Tara Olson and change her status <br />to regular, full-time Community Development Secretary, effective September 15, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />And the following abstained: <br /> <br />And the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of September 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
