Case #3: Identify 1999 Priority Street Lighting Additions <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee reviewed an exhibit, which identified the locations that are <br />currently without priority streetlights. The 1999 budget is estimated to allow for a maximum of <br />20 lights to be installed. Staff proposed the attached listing for the installation of priority <br />streetlights, and the Committee recommended approving the proposed locations and proceeding <br />with installation of lights before the winter installation charges. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to ratify the Public Works Committee's recommendation regarding the installation of <br />phority streetlights in 1999. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request for Four-way Stop at C.R. #116 and Dysprosium Street <br /> <br />In view of the number and severity of accidents at this intersection, staff recommends the City <br />petition the County for the installation of a four-way stop at the C.R. #116 and Dysprosium <br />Street/Thurston Avenue intersection.
