CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MONARCH HOMES, INC. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Monarch <br />Homes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 1,880 square foot office <br />building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 4, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by HY-LAND Surveying, P.A., dated September 13, <br />1999, revision date <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by HY- <br />LAND Surveying, P.A., dated September 10, 1999, revision date <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ail <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Topography Plan prepared by HY-LAND <br />Surveying, P.A., dated August 25, 1999, revision dated <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br /> <br />
