CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT MONARCH HOMES, INC. On October 12, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Monarch Homes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 1,880 square foot office building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 4, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by HY-LAND Surveying, P.A., dated September 13, 1999, revision date SITE PREPARATION. the City Engineer. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by HY- LAND Surveying, P.A., dated September 10, 1999, revision date Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ail bituminous surfaces. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Topography Plan prepared by HY-LAND Surveying, P.A., dated August 25, 1999, revision dated ("Required Improvements)
