PC CASE #: <br /> <br />END PROBATIONARY PERIOD EXTENSION OF FINANCE CLERK <br />JOAN SMITH <br /> By: Joyce Pruitt Hottinger, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Joan Smith assumed the position of Finance Clerk on September 21, 1998. The City <br />Council, on April 23, 1999, approved a six-month extension to Joan's probationary <br />period in order to further evaluate the position. The six-month extension from Council <br />action will end on October 21, 1999. Joan's one-year anniversary date is September 21, <br />1999.
