For example, Ramsey may wish to advertise its free <br />parking, natural/serene surroundings, and friendly staff to sell the City in job ads, promotional <br />flyers etc. This can begin to create ownership and gets the applicant thinking about working for <br />an organization like Ramsey. If an applicable vacancy <br /> opens within the year, applicants are mailed out an application for the position they <br /> expressed interest in. <br /> <br />The Commission may also wish to discuss options for finding employees without endlessly <br />running want ads.
