AUTHORIZE RENEWAL OF CONTRACT WITH CONNEXUS ENERGY FOR <br /> UTILITY BILLING SERVICES <br /> By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />For the past six years the City of Ramsey has contracted with Cormexus Energy for utility billing <br />services. The contract runs for three years and is up for renewal. <br /> <br />Attached is the contract for 2000-2003 and is identical in form and billing rates as the current <br />contract, therefore we are recommending approval of the new contract. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Allow City Staff to renew the contract with Connexus Energy for the years of 2000-2003 for <br />utility billing services. <br /> <br /> <br />
