ConnexusTM Energy, 14601 Ramsey Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />55303 ("Con_nexus"), and the City of Ramsey ("City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> Connexus is a cooperative utility corporation furnishing electric service to its customers <br /> <br />in a defined service territory established by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission; and <br /> Connexus has developed the capability to provide billing services; and <br /> <br /> City desires to engage Connexus to perform certain billing services for services it <br />provides to its residents. ': <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements <br />contained herein, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> I. SERVICES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> Connexus shall provide the City with Basic Billing Services and make available to the <br />City Optional Services, both of which type services are set forth below. The City shall pay the <br />rates established for the Basic Billing Services, and any Optional Services selected by the City, <br /> <br />as set forth in this Agreement. <br /> <br />"Committed to customer satisfaction through service, leadership and involvement." <br /> <br /> <br />
