Connexus must receive 24-hour notice <br />to read a meter for a customer transfer. <br /> <br />The City shall maintain its remote meter reading system in good working <br />condition and will use its best efforts to repair any defective meter unit <br />before the next meter reading cycle. If the remote meter reading system <br />does not function satisfactorily or is improperly installed, Connexus will <br />not be required to read the meter. For new installations, Connexus prefers <br />that the remote pad be located by the electric meter. <br /> <br />Collection service. The optional collection service shall include sending <br />disconnect notices to customers who have a 60-day balance, responding to <br />customer inquires, calling customers who have not paid, and setting up <br /> <br /> <br />
