GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />(1) Remittance of Funds Received by Connexus. Connexus shall remit the funds it <br /> <br />receives as a result of its billing services by the 10th of each month. The funds shall be <br /> <br />transmitted by direct transfer to a City account. <br /> <br /> (2) Connexus Reporting and Service Requirements. Connexus shall provide to the <br />City all standard reports, as listed below, on a timely basis at no additional cost to the City. Any <br />other reports, services, or requests will be considered as "special" and the cost of producing such <br />special reports, services, or requests shall be passed on to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
