ORDINANCE #99- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.04 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED <br />"SNOWMOBILES" BY CAUSING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF SAID <br />SECTION TO BE A PETTY MISDEMEANOR. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Sections 6.04.09 and 6.04.t0 are hereby added to the City Code, which Sections 6.04.09 and <br />6.04.10 shall provide as follows: <br /> <br />6.04.09 Petty Misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of this Section 6.04 shall <br />be guilty of a petty misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200. <br /> <br />6.04.10 Misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of Minn. Stat. {}{}84.81 through <br />84.929 inclusive, incorporated herein by reference, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable <br />by 90 days injail and/or a fine of $700. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
