I enjoyed the opportunity to discuss the situation <br />with you on the phone last Friday. <br /> <br />PDI is prepared to offer assistance in the following areas: · Recruitment <br /> · Job profiling <br /> · Screening <br /> · Evaluation <br /> · Administrative support <br /> <br />Each of these areas will be discussed in more detail below. <br /> <br />PDI is prepared to orchestrate and coordinate a recruitment campaign. This would include <br />strategically placed advertisements as well as a more personalized campaign to members of <br />organizations such as MAUA~ TUG, and ~MA-MN. <br /> <br />PDI would design a posidon profile. This would then provide a template against which <br />applicant qualifications may be prepared. In addition to reviewing relevant documents, input <br />from yourself and others whomyou designate would define the qualifications and skills <br />necessary for success. <br /> <br />Depending upon the number and quality of applications, PDI would design an appropriate <br />screening methodology to reduce the applicant pool to a manageable number. <br /> <br />After designating a number of semifinalist candidates, PDI would coordinate an evaluation <br />strategy which may include one or more of the following components: <br /> · Panel ora]. interviews <br /> .. · Management testing <br /> · Job-relevant simulations <br /> · Reference checking <br /> <br />Information from these activities would be used to select the individual most likely to be <br />successful in the position. <br /> <br /> <br />
