<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A
<br />GARAGE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL
<br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Eugene and Melody Hawk (Permittees) have properly applied for a
<br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure
<br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as
<br />9468 176a' Avenue N.W and legally described as follows:
<br />
<br />Unplatted Ramsey Township the point of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, description as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point on the east line of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka County, Minnesota, said point being
<br />328.75 feet, south of the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter then south 87 degrees, 30 minutes, 57 seconds, west on a line parallel to the
<br />south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 6 a distance
<br />of 439.33 feet, then southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 123.49 feet, a
<br />distance of 141.98 feet, then south 21 degrees, 38 minutes, 34 seconds, west a distance
<br />of 457.65 feet, then southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 123.11 feet,
<br />a distance of 141.12 feet, then south 87, degrees 19 minutes, 20 seconds, west on a line
<br />parallel to the south line of the North half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 6 a
<br />distance of 623.10 feet, then westerly on a curve to the right having a radius of 2443.30
<br />feet, and a central angle of 10 degrees, 30 minutes, i9 seconds, a distance of 447.88 feet,
<br />to the point of beginning of land to be described then continue westerly on said curve
<br />having a radius of 2443.30 feet, and a central angle of 3 degrees, 29 minutes, 41 seconds,
<br />a distance of 149.13 feet, then north 78 degrees, 40 minutes, 40 seconds, west a distance
<br />of 60 feet, to a point here in after referred to as point (A) then southwesterly to a point
<br />on the west line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter said point being a
<br />distance of 150 feet, north of the southwest comer thereof then southerly on the west line
<br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the southwest comer thereof then
<br />easterly on the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to a point
<br />which is 597.13 feet, west of the southeast comer thereof then northerly and parallel to
<br />the east line of said Southwest Quarter to the point of beginning (subject to an easement
<br />for road purposes over the northerly 33 feet, thereof) and also (subject to and easement
<br />for road purposes over that point of the above described property which is bound-ed by a
<br />circle having a radius of 60 feet, and whose center point is at a aforementioned point A.)
