NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Findings of Fact #04__, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. This variance shall remain in effect until April 18, 2001, as long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. Th& Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. 3. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than,2A"ffeet from the nearest point of the street right-of-way, near the Subj eot Property. 4. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, unless it is done in accordance with City Code. 6. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 18th day of April, 2000.
