Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied for a variance to maximum cul-de-sac length, and minimum lot width and structure setback from ordinary high water mark in the shoreland overlay district for Lake Itasca, a DNR designated natural environment lake #2-110, on the property legally described as follows: Outlot A, Northfork Moors Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. Or upon recording: Northfork Itasca Point, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 1999, conducted a public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # Itasca Point: , the following is hereby granted to the plat of Northfork eo A 400 foot variance to the 600 foot maximum cul-de-sac length. A 30 foot variance from the 200 foot lot width requirement at the road frontage or building setback line on Lot 5, Block 1. A 40 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water mark on Lot 4, Block 1. A 44 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water mark on Lot 5, Block 1. A 39 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water mark on Lot 6, Block 1. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the ~ day of May, 1999.
