Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//99-09- , <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Zitco, Inc. (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the rear <br />yard setback requirements in the B-3 Highway Business District on the property generally known <br />as 6111 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots 1, lA and 2, Block 1, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on September 7, 1999, conducted the public <br />bearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #__, a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br /> granted. <br /> <br /> The buildings developed on the Subject Property shall not be located within twenty (20) <br /> feet of the rear property line. <br /> <br /> The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br /> No building pe~mait shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br /> reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br /> The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution ,,vas duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
