EDA #4 <br /> <br /> APPOINT REPRESENTATIVE TO BUSINESS PARK 95 <br /> ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD <br />Prepared by: Community Development Assistant Scan Walther <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Covenants for Business Park 95 established an Architectural Review Board. The <br />Board currently is comprised of seven members: Two members from the Ramsey EDC <br />and Planning Commission, the City Administrator, and two members are to be elected <br />from the property owners in the industrial park. <br /> <br />The Property Owners in the industrial park will be holding their annual meeting April 9, <br />1999, to consider amendments to the Covenants and elect new representatives. The <br />membership of the board is proposed to change to five members including one member <br />from the Planning Commission and Economic Development Authority, and three elected <br />Business Park 95 Property Owners. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Ken Wagner is one of the current representatives. <br /> <br />The term will be two years for all Board members including the EDA representative. A <br />City staff person serves as a liaison between the City, the Board and developers.
