20~.07.06. <br /> <br />The follo~in~ ~hal% be minimum criteria for landscaping: <br /> <br />(1) Sodding and landscaping shall e×cend across the entire <br />fron~ yard and side yards, including the boulevard. <br /> <br />(2) All open areas of any site, excapt for areas used for <br />parking, ~riveways or storage, shall be sodde~, seeded or have <br />vegetative cover. <br /> <br />(3) All uses shall pro~ide water facilities to yard areas for <br />mainceaance of landscaping. <br /> <br />(&) Ail vacant lots, tracts or parcels shall be prop~rly <br />maincained in an orderly manner free of li~ter and junk. <br /> <br />G. Maintenance. <br /> <br />shall be the responsibility of the property.owner to en~ure <br /> <br />(1) Every exterior wall, foundation and roof of any building <br />or structure shall be reasonably watertight, weather~ight and <br />rodemtproof and shall be kept' in a good state of maintenance <br />and repair. Exterior walls shall be maintained free from <br />ex~ensive dilapida~io~ due to crack~, tears or breaks of <br />deteriorated plaster, stucco, brick, wood or o~her material <br />that is extensive an d gives evidence of long neglect. <br /> <br />(2) The protective surface on exterior walls .of a build'lng <br />shall he maintained in.good repair and provide a sufficient <br />covering and protection of =he structural surface agains~ its <br />deterioration. Without limizing the generaliL-y of this <br />Sec=ion, a pro=et=ire surface of a building shall be deemed <br />~o be ou~ of repair if: <br /> <br />(a) More than ~wen~y-five percent (25~) of the a~ea of <br />any plane or wall on which she pro~ective surface is' <br />pain~ is blistered, cracked, flaked, scaled or chalked <br />awa~, 0 r <br /> <br />(b) More than twentT-five percent.(25%) of the poinciqg <br />of any brick or scone walt is loose or has fallen out. <br /> <br />(3). Every yard and all structures, walls, fences, ~ <br />s~eps, driveways, landscaping and other exterior developments <br />shall be maintained in an az~ractiye, well kept condition. <br /> <br />(4) The boulevard area of a premises shall be properly <br />maintained groomed and cared for by the abutting property <br />owner. <br /> <br />H.
