Permitted tree species and placement shall be in <br />accordance with details on file in the office of the City Planner, All required trees <br />shall be planted by the builder prior to issuance of certificate o1' occupancy. The <br />following tree specifications shall apply to each platted lot in the proposed <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />_ReQuired Subdivision Trees: <br /> <br />R~uired: One balled and burlapped street tree will be required per lot frontage <br />and one balled and burlapped front yard tree will be required per front yard. <br /> <br />~ A minimum of two and one-half inches (2 112") in trunk diameter <br />measured at ground level <br /> <br />~: Street trees shall be planted inside the front property line at a distance of <br />at least four feet (4') from the front property line and not more than ten feet (10') <br />from the front property line. Front yard trees shall be planted in the front yard but <br />at a distance of at least four feet (4') from the property line. <br /> <br />No required subdivision tree shall be planted inside of any drainage or utility <br />easement or within a forty foot (40') clear view tdangle on comer lots.
