Spe,ifically, our clieat has 35'/feet of fi-ontage on the south side of CSAH 116 <br />west of its intersection with CSAH 56. Historically, our client has accessed the rear portion ofher <br />property by a farm rbad which passes north onto what is now the county right of way. This road has <br />been in existence for many years. It is readily verified by a~al photography. In order to access the <br />rear of her prol:~'W, our clienI requests access to CSAH 116 to a point on the far westerly part of her <br />propexty.
