Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-09-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PETITIONING ANOKA COUNTY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A <br />FOUR-WAY STOP INSTALLATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF C.tL #116 AND <br />DYSPROSIUM STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the intersection of C.R. #116 and Dysprosium Street has been studied by <br />Anoka County and has been deemed to meet the warrants for signalization; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding does not presently allow for the installation of said warranted <br />signals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the installation of some form of right-of-way control is urgently needed at <br />this intersection; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the installation of an all-way stop at this intersection would be an <br />appropriate and warranted interim measure until the intersection can be signalized. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey hereby petitions Anoka County for the installation of an all-way <br /> stop at the intersection of C.R. #116 and Dysprosium Street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br />and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council on <br />the 28th day of September, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
