RAMSEY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> BODY SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Amps 0661 6.0 KW Hydraulic Powers Generator <br /> <br />AMPS 6000 WATT GENERATOR <br /> <br />An AMPS model #0661 6.0 KW PTO/Hydraulic generator system shall be supplied and installed <br />on the apparatus. The system shall be capable of producing 6.0 KW, single phase, 120/240 volts <br />at 60 hertz regardless of engine RPM. The generator shall be able to remotely turn systems full <br />KW off and on without regard to engine RPM or electrical loads by using multiple 12 VDC <br />switches. <br /> <br />The hydraulic fluid reservoir filter assembly shall be accessibly mounted with at least 10" of <br />clear area above the reservoir to allow removal of high efficiency 3 micron glass filter. The <br />system shall use Dexron 11E of Dexron III hydraulic oil. <br /> <br />There shall be a quad meter containing the volts, amp, frequency and hour meter supplied with <br />the #0661 generator and mounted in a location close to the apparatus breaker box. <br /> <br />AMPS - 50/25 <br />VOLTAGE- 120/240 <br />RPM RANGE - 650 TO 3300 <br /> <br />110/220 Volt Electrical Load Center <br />ELECTRICAL LOAD CENTER <br /> <br />There shall be a 110/220 volt electrical load center furnished and installed in a protected <br />environment. The load center shall have capacity for 8-20 amp manual reset type circuit <br />breakers. Lights and receptacles shall be protected by circuit breakers. The power cable shall be <br />run in weather proof conduit to the generator area. The supply cable shall be wired from the load <br />center to the generator. <br /> <br />Two 110 Volt Outlets (One Each Side) (GFI) <br />110 VOLT MISHIP OUTLETS <br /> <br />There shall be on e (1) 110 volt GFI grounded receptacle with spring loaded cover on each side <br />of body. The 110 volt grounded receptacles shall be located behind rear wheels recessed into <br />body side panel. The power cable shall be run in weather proof conduit to the 110 volt electrical <br />load center. <br /> <br />One 110 Volt Outlet on Rear (GFI) <br />110 VOLT OUTLET ON REAR OF BODY <br /> <br />There shall be one (1) 110 volt GFI grounded receptacle. The receptacle shall have a weather <br />proof spring loaded cover on rear of body, recessed into body panel. The power cable shall be <br />run in weather proof conduit to the 110 volt electrical load center. <br /> <br />Page 31 of 33 <br /> <br /> <br />
