Ramsy Fire <br /> <br /> CHASSIS SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />ENGINE COMPONENTS AND OPTIONS <br /> <br />Pressure Governor <br />AIR IN TAKE <br /> <br />Air Cleaner & Air Restriction Gauge <br /> <br />The air cleaner shall be Farr #62891-001 dry type with a replaceable element, it shall have an <br />outside air intake with an ember separator filter and a FARR "Filter Minder" instrument panel air <br />restriction gauge to show when the air cleaner element requires replacement. <br /> <br />***COOLING SYSTEM*** <br /> <br />COOLING SYSTEM <br /> <br />Cooling system w/silicone radiator hoses <br /> <br />The cooling system shall have sufficient capacity to keep the engine properly cooled under all <br />conditions of road and pumping operations. <br /> <br />The radiator shall have bolted top and bottom tanks, the top tank shall be full deaeration with <br />sight glass and the bottom shall have a drain cock and integral transmission oil cooler if the <br />transmission is not equipped with retarder. If the transmission is equipped with a retarder an <br />external transmission oil cooler will be used. <br /> <br />The cooling system shall contain a 50/50 ethylene glycol/water mix suitable for operation to -34 <br />degrees F and shall be shutterless with rapid warm-up features. <br /> <br />All radiator hoses shall be silicone. Ail radiator hose clamps shall be stainless steel. <br /> <br />Engine fan, standard <br /> <br />The engine cooling system shall incorporate a heavy duty fan, installed on the engine and <br />includes a shroud.
