Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 9/10/98 With regard to the draft Comprehensive Plan the following Walther/ changes were directed by the Planning Commission: Town Scheib/ Center Alternative A is to be designated "mixed use" while Sherman/ Town Center Alternative B is to be designated the Town Pending Center with a Civic Campus. The transportation consultant is to review the possibilities of leaving C.R. #116 as close to Highway #10 as possible and the continuation of C.R. #63 and Jarvis Street. Sidewalks need to be addressed in the Trail Plan. Frolik/ 9/10/98 Only one member from both the Planning Commission and Sherman/ the Economic Development Commission will continue to be Pending on the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board. Each will be appointed by their respective commissions, along with an alternative, on an annual basis. They may not serve two consecutive terms on the Board. There will be four members from the business community (Business Park 95) elected to the Board, and these will rotate with each annual meeting. The City Administrator position will be eliminated from the Board, but there will remain a City staff liaison. These changes to the covenants are expected to be voted on at the March 1999 annual meeting of all Business Park 95 owners. Frolik/ 9/10/98 Get a letter out to the business owners in Business Park 95 Pending scheduling the annual meeting for March 1999 for the purposes of elections to the Board and consideration of amendments to Section 3.01 (make-up of the Board) and Section 4.01 (amendments to covenants). Also, City Attorney Goodrich would like to propose an amendment to the covenants at that time. Please notify him of the date and place of this meeting also. Frolik/ 9/I0/98 The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board has agreed Pending that Board meetings should start taking place in the Business Park during the work day. Please schedule all future meetings accordingly.
