Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />'Frolik/ 9/10/98 Findings re variance to height restriction ~for senior housing <br />Pending facility: The Board of Adjustment accepted #1 through #13 <br /> as presented and amended the following: #14 to read "That <br /> the special conditions causing the undue hardship, restrictions <br /> based on fire suppression reach capabilities, do result from <br /> the actions of the Applicant." #15 to read "That if denied, the <br /> Community will be deprived of constructing a facility that <br /> will help achieve the City's life-cycle housing goals under the <br /> Livable Communities Act at this time." #16 through #19 <br /> amend in the affirmative. Add a finding to require a NFPA <br /> 13 sprinkler system with dry system in attic. <br />Frolik/ 9/10/98 Execut~ Resolution #98-09-220A (BawderffWivoda/LaDue <br />Pending absent) adopting the amended Findings of Fact #0472 as they <br /> relate to a request for a variance to height restrictions for a <br /> senior housing facility. <br />l~rolik/ ...... 9/10/98 Execute Resolution #98-09-220B (Anderson/Bawden/LaDue <br />Pending absent) approving a variance to height restrictions for the <br /> proposed seniors apartment building at 14351 Dysprosium <br /> Street NW in accordance with the August 25, 1998 comments <br /> of the Fire Chief, and declaring terms of same. <br />l~lorman/ 10/08/98 The following items need consideration when the new Comp <br />Sherman/ Plan is implemented: 1) Implement staging with an <br />Frolik/ ordinance. 2) If cluster housing is implemented, the City <br />Pending needs to decide whether it will be required. 3) Possibly adopt <br /> a policy that establishes a maximum number of units in a <br /> project (apartment sites, etc.). 3) Corridor Study. 4) Address <br /> Ramsey's identity in the landscape ordinance and also in <br /> performance standards of the site plan process. <br />Norman/ 10/08/98 Implement a monthly update to 'keep the Council and the <br />Pending different commissions apprised of what each is doing. <br /> <br /> <br />
