Concrete Design because <br /> the site is.subject to the development moratorium adopted by <br /> the City Council on August 25, 1998 and effective on <br /> September 28, 1998. Forward to Council. If Council elects to <br /> grant an exception to the moratorium, the site plan is to be <br /> returned to the Planning Commission for review. Forward to <br /> Council. <br />Frolik/ 10/06/98 Findings re Thole variance request: The Board of Adjustment <br />Complete accepted #1 through #14 as presented and amended #15 <br /> through #21 in the affirmative.
