Director of Public Workshops <br />requested having input on the design of the gate. Execute <br />Development Agreement but amend it by adding that the <br />Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum <br />of $1,500 to defray the City's expense of installing a gate at <br />the intersection of I58th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in <br />the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision. <br /> <br />Frotik/ <br />Pending <br /> <br />6/23/98 <br /> <br />With regard to the No Wake - Rum River - Council made the <br />following motion ~ To extend the no wake to the Ramsey side <br />of the river that does not interfere with Andover from our <br />southern City limits to approximately 149th Avenue and to <br />direct staff to prepare an ordinance to introduce at the next <br />Council meeting reflecting the motion. Council also asked <br />that staff continue to communicate with the City of Andover <br />to establish their identified area number 4 (t51st to 153rd) as <br />a no wake zone contingent upon Andover eliminating areas 1, <br />2 and 3 from their no wake proposal. Andover agreed to <br />eliminate areas 1, 2, and 3. Ramsey is pursuing a no-wake <br />with Anoka to cover that area between 139th and 149th. <br /> <br /> <br />
